A recently completed Historic Tax Credit project of our parent company: The Leveque Tower in Columbus, Ohio. The developers of this iconic Columbus tower were able to secure 10 million dollars in historic tax credits to offset the cost of the redevelopment of this Columbus staple.
State and Federal Historic Tax Credits are available in qualifying states across the United States at up to 45% of qualified rehabilitation expenses on qualified historic real estate.
