Successful Historic Tax Credit: The Citizens Building
A recently completed Historic Tax Credit project of our parent company: The Citizens Building in Columbus, Ohio. The developers on this project were able to secure 3 million dollars in historic tax credits to offset the cost of the redevelopment of this building.
State and Federal Historic Tax Credits are available in qualifying states across the United States at up to 45% of qualified rehabilitation expenses on qualified historic real estate.
